If you are interested in our in-house semi truck financing option, you may have seen or been told about an enrollment fee. However, we want to be very transparent about this fee, why we charge it, and what it covers. Those are reasonable questions, so we hope the following information will help you.

What is the FreedomWay Trucks Enrollment Fee?

The Enrollment Fee is a fee we request so that we can process your application. You may be familiar with document fees or application fees. These are both commonplace when it comes to vehicle or home loans. The Enrollment Fee at FreedomWay Trucks is similar to the document and application fees.

Why do I pay an Enrollment Fee?

The Enrollment Fee is an upfront charge for our review of your application and is non-refundable.* Like many other dealerships or financial institutions, we offset the time and expenses of processing your application with this fee. We are invested in your success from day one. This starts with the prequalification process by verifying your driving record and setting up a record in our database for you. 

*Please note that this fee will be refunded if we cannot approve you for the program. We only keep fees for people who are approved! 👍

When is the Enrollment Fee due?

The enrollment process begins as soon as you are ready to start prequalification. Our team consists of Truck Specialists who will identify your specific needs for features, engine, transmission, etc., and also includes administrative staff. In addition, because the program includes your IRP tag and other features, we have special departments that are invested in your success and work on your behalf immediately. 

How much is the Enrollment Fee?

As of the publication date, our Enrollment Fee is a very reasonable $299.
